NGS Method (Next Generation Sequencing) is currently the most advanced technology of DNA reading. It allows us to test of all 24 embryonal chromosomes.

This significantly increases the chances of finding any genetic variations that could prevent pregnancy, cause miscarriage or birth of an affected child. The examination of all the embryonal chromosomes is therefore one of the prerequisites for a successful pregnancy and the birth of a healthy child.

The NGS advantages are:

  • Accuracy and reliability
  • Better resolution enabling easier data analysis
  • Faster laboratory preparation

NGS testing is performed in a five-day embryo, which is at the blastocyst stage. As it is possible to collect multiple cells, more accurate analysis can be performed. The embryo gets into the uterus on the fifth day of development after a normal conception. After the NGS technique examination, 5-day embryos are transferred to the well prepared endometrium, which significantly increases the chances of implantation.
